Article 21.5 of Law 3/2015, of 30 March, regulating the exercise of the high office of the General Government of the State, states that the content of the declarations of property and property rights of the members of the Government and of the Secretaries of State and other high offices shall be published in the “Official Gazette of the State” in the terms provided for in regulations, by means of a comprehensive declaration of the property situation of these holders.

On the other hand, Article 13.4 of Royal Decree 1208/2018, of 28 September, approving the Regulation implementing the preliminary certificates, II and III of Law 3/2015, of 30 March, regulating the exercise of the high office of the General Administration of the State, stipulates that, during the first quarter of each calendar year, the official declaration of property rights shall be issued.

As only data on takeover and discontinuance during 2020 are published, data from the new members of the government and other senior officials who have taken office in 2021 will not be displayed.

Accordingly, it provides for the publication of such statements in respect of senior officials who have taken office or ceased office in the past year.
