According to the mandate contained in the first additional provision of Law 28/2006, of July 18, on State Agencies for the Improvement of Public Services, the "State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services, will submit annually a report to the Congress of Deputies on the activity undertaken by State Agencies and their commitments to improve the quality of services provided to citizens".
As well as fulfilling this mandate, this analysis aims to guide the agencies in their future actions in the development of their quality commitments. This document is also intended to contribute to the dissemination among these organisations of their experiences and good practices in the field of quality management.
