Public Policy Assessment 2022
Mid-term evaluation of the Third Africa Plan. The III Africa Plan is the strategic framework for Spain’s foreign policy towards sub-Saharan Africa and provides for an external evaluation of the fulfilment of its objectives and indicators to support its review. This evaluation has been carried out by the Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies on behalf of the State Secretariat for Foreign and Global Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, with the added aim of serving as a learning element for those responsible for the Evaluation Plan, and as an example of collaborative evaluation between IEPP and ministries.
Diagnostic report of the evaluation in the General Administration of the State 2021
The Diagnostic Study of Evaluation in the General Administration of the State carried out by the Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies analyzes and shows the situation in 2021 of practices related to the control, monitoring and evaluation of public policies in the General Administration of the State and its public agencies, with the aim of serving as a starting point for the work of elaboration of the Law of institutionalization of evaluation in the General State.
This law is a commitment of the Government of Spain included in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain, in its Component 11 of Modernization of Public Administrations.
Public Policy Assessment 2020
Mid-term evaluation of the Comprehensive National Strategy for the Homeless 2015-2020 (ENI-PSH): The Institute for Public Policy Assessment (IEPP) publishes the report of the Mid-term Evaluation of the Comprehensive National Strategy for the Homeless (2015-2020), commissioned by the State Secretariat for Social Rights. The overall objective of the evaluation was to determine how and to what extent the actions of the Strategy have been implemented, and to provide evidence on the design, deployment and implementation, including the primary outcomes as far as possible. The objective of the evaluation is to be useful as a support tool in decision-making on the Strategy and its redesign.
