The General Training Commission for the Employment of Public Administrations, chaired by the director of the INAP, Manuel Pastor, and in which representatives of the three public administrations participate, has unanimously approved the Agreement for the Management of Training Funds for Employment in Public Administrations for 2025.
The decision was taken unanimously at the meeting, held today, in which, in addition to those responsible for the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service and other ministries, the promoters of the training, especially schools and administration institutes of the autonomous communities, the FEMP and trade union organizations, participated. The agreement consists of distributing, depending on the number of personnel per administrative area, according to the latest data from the Central Personnel Register, the EUR 75.5 million available to finance the training plans of all personnel in the service of public administrations.
The meeting also approved the call for grants to finance training plans, which would strengthen the collective bargaining and social dialogue competences of trade union organizations.
