Madrid, December 13, 2024.- A total of 164,649 people will participate this Saturday, December 14, in the selective processes convened by the Resolution of July 9, 2024 of the Secretary of State of Public Function for entry and access in Bodies of the General Administration of the State.
In order to meet the personnel needs of the Public Administration, it has been agreed to convene 31,689 places for free admission and access by internal promotion in the following bodies: Corps of Civil Administration Management of the State, Corps of Systems Management and Informatics of the State Administration, Corps of Auxiliary Computer Technicians, General Administrative Corps and Auxiliary Corps of the State Administration.
These selective processes correspond to four RD of Public Employment Offer (OEP). Most of them are from the EPO of 2024 that reached the record figure of 40,146 places, and it meant an acceleration of the recovery of public employment started in 2018, in addition to a reversal of the gradual process of aging the workforce.
The Permanent Selection Committee will be responsible for carrying out these tests. This selection body is composed of 47 members, a president, a secretary and 45 members distributed in five evaluation units (one for each body) that have prepared the exercises and determined the subsequent evaluation criteria for them.
In addition, they guarantee the confidentiality of exercises at all times through a system of separation of identifying data from the result sheets and content of the answers to perform the totally anonymous correction of the tests. Collaborators and 7,000 watchmen have also been appointed and distributed throughout the classrooms.
Exams in 21 provinces
This Commission, in collaboration with the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), has reached agreements with 27 universities and Secondary Education Institutes to use more than 83 faculties, as well as classrooms, to hold this call. The examinations will be conducted in 21 provinces.
Of the 164,649 opponents admitted to participate in these processes, 67 per cent are women and the age distribution is 39.6 per cent under 35 years of age, 31.6 per cent between 35 and 46 years of age and the remaining 28.8 per cent over 46 years of age. In addition, and in line with the Government ' s commitment to promoting inclusive employment, 10 per cent of the places are for persons with disabilities.
