On 3 November, the Council of Ministers took note of the activity carried out by the Office of Conflicts of Interest to examine the property situation of senior officials at the end of their mandate.
This is an action provided for in Article 24 of Law 3/2015, of March 30, regulating the exercise of the high office of the General Government of the State. The Office of Conflicts of Interest (OCI) should review the property situation of senior officials at the end of their mandate in order to verify the proper fulfilment of the obligations regulated by the Act and report to the Government on a six-monthly basis.
The last report was submitted to the Council of Ministers meeting on 12 May. The report now submitted to the Council of Ministers includes the high posts on which their patrimonial situation has been examined from 21 April to 20 October 2020.
