Publication of new decisions authorising the compatibility of public employees

The Transparency Portal publishes information on the compatibility of public employees for public activity and for private activity updated on 29 September.

The authorisations for public activity are 1,416 (as against 1,441 to 1 June this year) and for private activity are 4,725 authorisations (4,612 to 1 June)

These decisions authorising compatibility for the exercise of public or private activities are granted, under the rules on incompatibilities, from 1 January 2014 to the public employees of the General State Administration, Social Security and of the entities, bodies and dependent undertakings.

The information is provided in two listings per year:

-Compatibility Authorization Resolutions for Public Activities: Contains the compatibilities authorized to hold a second post, post or activity in the public sector. The name of the post, workplace, department, locality and province of each of the posts is shown.

-Compatibility Resolutions for Private Activities: Contains the recognized compatibilities for performing private activities. The name of the public post, work centre, department and locality and province is shown, as well as the type of private activity, company – if any –, locality and province.
