As part of the updating of the selective processes of the General Government of the State and its adaptation to the new circumstances of generational change and the talent needs required by the public management of the twenty-first century that is being addressed by the Ministry of Finance and Public Service, the document entitled “Guidelines for the change in selection in the General Government of the State” was published.

This document, among other issues related to selective processes, deals with the configuration of the selection bodies, providing for the creation of a Stock Exchange interested in being part of the aforementioned selection bodies in the processes managed by the AGE.

For its implementation, the INAP has created a space that allows candidates to be proposed to collaborate with the selection bodies in the selective processes managed by the General Government of the State.
