Course on Open Government and Citizenship. Transparency, participation and collaboration

02/03/2022

The Open Government is a more transparent, collaborative, ethical and accountable form of government governance. It involves greater participation of citizens in matters of interest to them.

Spain has been part of the Open Government Alliance since 2011 and has implemented several Open Government Action Plans that act as a lever to achieve the goal of sustainable development 16 of the 2030 Agenda: to build just, peaceful and inclusive societies.

The Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies, in implementation of the current IV Open Government Plan, organizes a course aimed at providing advanced training on new trends, applications, cases and technologies in the different axes of the Open Government and their relationship with citizenship.

It is a free and entirely virtual course for public sector, third sector and academic staff to be held between 2 March and 7 April 2022.
