UNED, in collaboration with Full Inclusion Spain, has launched an online training of Assistant for Management and Common Services. The main requirement to be able to participate in this training is to have an officially recognised intellectual disability with a percentage of at least 33%.
This training is based on the topics used for specific public job calls for people with intellectual disabilities with the aim of preparing people with intellectual disabilities interested in attending public job calls, for the category of Assistant for Management and Common Services.
The methodology is that of distance learning, according to the system followed by UNED, adapted to the characteristics and learning styles of the group of people with intellectual disabilities to which the course is directed.
In the course, written material will be offered on the accessible virtual platform, adopting the principles of easy reading, as well as material in other formats to facilitate access and understanding of the contents.
The teaching team will consist of UNED and Full Inclusion expert tutors in the design of virtual learning environments adapted to groups with intellectual disabilities.
This team is available to students to guide and support them in their learning, offering guidance and mentoring throughout the process, and will also have permanent assistance of technical staff in the platform to facilitate its management.
The duration of the training is 125 hours (5 credits) and the registration period ends on 16 January 2021. Further information is available here.
