Today, the fifth issue of the public service newsletter has been published.
In this issue, the approval of the Royal Decree-Law 29/2020, of 29 September, of urgent measures in the field of telework in public administrations, as an innovative measure in the organization of work in the administrations, whose approval has been the result of dialogue within the Sectoral Conference on Public Administration and with the most representative unions in the General Negotiating Bureau of the Public Administrations. This measure constitutes a common minimum standard for public administrations to develop this regulation.
Other prominent topics have been the meeting of the Senior Staff Commission of 28 September, the Agreement on the New Professional Classification of Labour and the follow-up to the Resolution of the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Civil Service on measures to be taken in the workplaces dependent on the General Government of the State on the occasion of the new normality.
In addition, other relevant aspects have been included within the scope of the Directorate-General for Civil Service, the Directorate-General for Public Governance, the Office for Conflicts of Interest, MUFACE, INAP, the Institute for Public Policy Evaluation and at the international level.
