On September 22, the last update of authorizations for the initiation of private activities was published in the Transparency Portal of the General Administration of the State.
Senior officials, during the two years following the date of their dismissal, cannot serve in private entities that have been affected by decisions in which they have participated. Those who had held a senior position should therefore inform the Office of Conflicts of Interest of their intention to undertake further activities prior to their commencement. In order to rule on the compatibility of the activity to be carried out, the Office of Conflicts of Interest collects reports from the departments or entities where senior officials have served. All compatibility authorisations to provide services to private entities are published on a regular basis.
