Since last July 2020, the Central Staff Register of the Directorate-General for the Civil Service, in coordination with the General Secretariat for Digital Administration, has started to issue exclusively in electronic form the qualifications of career officials and the service sheets of temporary, temporary and employment staff.
The issuance of titles and service sheets in electronic form represents a very significant step forward, as it facilitates the orderly management of documentation and promotes greater efficiency from an economic and environmental point of view, with an annual saving of around 50,000 special sheets for titles.
In addition, it entails important advantages for public employees, who will be able to access these documents at any time through the Citizens' Folder and the electronic headquarters of Works, thus avoiding their extravagance and the need to request duplicates.
