This report 2013 aims to comply with Additional Provision One of Law 28/2006 of State Agencies and is expressed as a contribution to the analysis of the management of these public bodies. The report seeks to provide an objective diagnosis that can contribute to improving the quality of the management and provision of services.
The State Agencies, created from the Law 28/2006 of July 18, of State Agencies for the improvement of public services, constitute a novel legal formula of the General State Administration (AGE).
Its creation is due to the commitment of the public authorities to meet the needs and demands of the citizens with the level of quality that the current society demands, and requires a new organizational and functional approach of the public agencies for the adequate and effective delivery of those services whose management corresponds to the AGE.
