Additional information

The Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function Reaffirms its commitment to the Transparency, integrity and good management in the implementation of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) funds. To ensure the efficient and correct use of European funds Next Generation EU, concrete measures have been implemented to Prevention, detection and correction of fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest and double financing.

In compliance with the requirements of the Order HFP/1030/2021which articulates the PRTR management system, the Ministry has adopted a Anti-fraud Measures Plan and other control and evaluation mechanisms, in order to minimize risks and strengthen public confidence in the execution of the plan.

Internal Complaints Channel of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service

In compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of people who report on regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service (MTDFP) has implemented an Internal Information System.

This system allows any natural person to safely communicate actions or omissions that may constitute:

  • Infringements of European Union law.
  • Serious or very serious administrative infringements.
  • Criminal offences.
