A collective bargaining table is a physical or virtual space where representatives of the workers and the company (General Government of the State, AGE) meet to discuss and negotiate working conditions, wages, benefits and any other aspect related to the collective work contract.
At a negotiating table, both sides present their proposals, argue their positions and seek to reach agreements that benefit both sides. In the AGE there are different Negotiating Tables depending on the group affected by it.
