(*) The posts listed in this Annex correspond to the organizational structures and posts assigned to them at the date of signature of this resolution. If they are affected by changes in organic structures, the call shall be understood to refer to the Ministry to which the Management Centre for each job is assigned. In the event that any of the posts are substantially altered as a result of these organic changes, this shall be done in accordance with the provisions of the Eighth Clause, Paragraph 9 of the call.
Notes:
- As indicated in Call Base 3.7, general merits will be credited for certification issued ex officio by the relevant personnel units. Workers must therefore NOT apply for or provide any certificate of merit.
- Workers must submit together with their application all the documentation they want to be valued (courses, conciliation, forced transfer...) as well as proof of compliance with the requirements of each job they choose (qualification, speciality, driving licence...), WITHIN THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS. No additional documentation will be accepted after 29 June 2018.

ANNEX OF MERITS
It is consulted in the WORKS portal. Workers who prove that they do not have access to the Portal may contact their Personnel Units to request the Annex.

Time limit for claims: from 5 to 18 September inclusive.
All the data contained in the certification must be verified to be correct. If this is not the case, the appropriate arguments must be made before the Personnel Unit in which the worker provides services within the prescribed period. In the subsequent stages of the contest, no claims based on erroneous data of the certifications that were not claimed within the deadline will be met.
