Among the competences of this Sub-directorate is the answer to queries made by other public administrations regarding the legal regime of Local Government officials with national qualifications. Sand has established an electronic procedure whereby legal persons, or their duly identified representatives, may make their enquiries concerning the legal status of Local Administration Officials with national qualifications.

The consultations must necessarily be about this group and be related to the Local Public Service with respect to the basic state regulations.
