We report that the third phase of 2022 of the open and permanent tender for transfers has been opened for the provision of posts in the IV Single Convention for the General Government of the State. As from tomorrow, generic requests may be made to one or more localities and to one type of post, or generic requests to one type of post.

The Commission's proposal for a directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the requests with generic requests are valid during the current calendar year (2022) and expire with the publication of the award decision the last stage called for in the same calendar year, or, where appropriate, with the award of a post to the worker or worker. Therefore, applications with generic applications that have not been awarded in earlier phases of 2022 remain in force at the current stage until their resolution, although for operational reasons they are transferred from one phase to another with a different number. We recommend that people in this case review their application and, if they do not wish to keep it, withdraw from it, in order to formulate, where appropriate, a new one in line with their current preferences.

Annex of merits - Publication 30 January 2023

From 30 January 2023 to 5 February 2023, both inclusive, participating workers can access their Annex of Merits on the WORKS Portal and request any corrections they deem appropriate to their Personnel Units by email. Those who prove that they are unable to access will be able to contact their Personnel Units to request the Annex.

Deadline for requests for corrections: 30 January 2023 to 5 February 2023, inclusive.

At the end of this period, claims based on incorrect data in the Annex of Merits shall not be taken into account.
