The Directorate-General for Public Service develops these studies with the aim of offering the widest possible view of the distribution of personnel in the General Administration of the State (AGE) according to their age, with the ultimate aim of analyzing the possible future impact of retirements and the possible casualties resulting from the ageing of the staff.
