Officials whose spouse resides in another locality for having obtained and being in permanent employment as a career official or as a permanent worker in any of the public administrations, public bodies and public-law entities dependent on or linked to them, in the Constitutional or Judiciary Bodies and similar bodies of the Autonomous Communities, as well as in the European Union or in international organisations may be granted voluntary leave by family group.

Unless you do. show its express and reasoned opposition, the Administration shall consult on its own initiative the certificate of marriage attesting to the link.

If you do not give your consent, you must certify the marriage bond by submitting a copy of the marriage certificate or of the family book.

Documentation to be submitted:

• Proof that the spouse resides in another locality because he has obtained and is performing a definitive job as a career official or as a fixed employee in any of the public administrations.
• Affidavit that the spouse of the petitioner is not in the same administrative situation.
