Senior Civil Service Officer of the State since 2020 and Graduated in Law and Administration and Business Direction from the Complutense University of Madrid.

He speaks English and French.

He has developed his professional career in the General Administration of the State in the field of human resources and the organization. She is currently Assistant Director-General of the Public Institutional Sector and therefore performs the functions entrusted to this unit by Royal Decree 210/2024 of 27 February, establishing the basic organizational structure of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Public Service.

He has previously held various posts in the Sub-directorate General for Human Resources Planning and Remuneration, under the Directorate-General for the Civil Service, and in the General Sub-directorate for the Institutional Public Sector. In particular, until July 2024, he served as Deputy Director of the Unit.

He has also been a member of selective testing courts for access to Bodies or Scales of Subgroup A1 and has taught courses in human resources.
