International Relations in Public Employment
The Directorate-General for Civil Service exercises its powers in international matters in a coordinated manner in areas such as the European Union or the OECD, in addition to promoting the mobility of staff in the service of public administrations.
Inter-administrative collaboration bodies
The duty of collaboration between public administrations, enshrined in Article 141 of Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, materializes in the field of public service in two inter-administrative bodies governed by Article 100 of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee: the Sectoral Conference on Public Administration and the Committee on the Coordination of Public Employment.
Interdepartmental collaboration bodies
Article 9 of Law 30/1984 of 2 August 1984 on Measures for the Reform of the Civil Service, as a collegiate coordinating, documentation and advisory body for the development of personnel policy in the service of the State Administration, sets out the Higher Commission on Personnel.
