NOTES:

  • Workers who have participated in the competition called in December 2015 want to apply for positions in this call have information about this in the Information Note.
  • As stated in Call Base 3.9, general merits will be credited for certification issued ex officio for the relevant staff units, as was done in the previous competition.
    Therefore, workers must NOT apply for or provide any certificate of merit.
  • Workers must submit together with their application all the documentation they want to be valued (courses, conciliation, forced transfer...) as well as proof of compliance with the requirements of each job they choose (qualification, speciality, driving licence...), WITHIN THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS. No additional documentation will be accepted after 18 May 2016.

CERTIFICATES OF MERITS:

It is consulted in the WORKS portal. Workers who prove that they do not have access to the Portal may contact their Personnel Units to request the Annex.

Time limit for claims: From 7 to 16 September 2016 inclusive.

NOTE:

  • ALL PARTICULARS TO APPEAR ON THE CERTIFICATE SHALL BE CORRECT. IF NOT APPLICABLE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE TO THE PERSONNEL UNIT IN WHICH THE WORKER PROVIDES SERVICES OR IN WHICH HE HAD HIS LAST DESTINATION, WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED TIME.
  • IN THE SUBSEQUENT STAGES OF THE COMPETITION NO CLAIMS WILL BE MET BASED ON ERRONEOUS DATA OF CERTIFICATIONS THAT WERE NOT CLAIMED IN DUE TIME.

In some places the locality listed may not coincide with that of the Annex to the Call for Posts. In such cases, the locality that is valid is that in the Annex of posts of 21 April 2016.
