This form of leave shall apply where staff of Local Administration with a national qualification are simultaneously employed as a career official of another body or scale of any Public Administration and choose to serve in that other Administration as an official of that body or at a different level from that of a Local Administration official with a national qualification. It shall also apply to those who move to provide services as permanent staff in public sector bodies or entities and shall not be left in situations of active service or special services.

The performance of posts as an interim official or temporary staff shall not make it possible to move to this administrative situation and should, for this purpose, and provided that the requirements are met, apply for leave in the private interest.

Documentation to be submitted:

• Act of inauguration or document justifying the return to the Body or Scale of the corresponding one as a career official of another body or scale or permanent workforce.
