Natural from Huesca, although born in Zaragoza on January 15, 1962. Degree in Philosophy and Literature from the University of Zaragoza and member of the Superior Corps of Civil Administrators of the State since 1991. Previously, in 1989, it approved the opposition to the Civil Administration Management Body of the State.

From February 2019 to February 2020 she served as Director of the National Institute of Public Administration, a body attached to the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Civil Service, with functions related to training, selection, promotion of research on administration and public policies and encouragement of national and international cooperation.

He has carried out most of his career in the field of human resources in the Ministries of Public Administrations, Culture, Interior and Territorial Policy and Civil Service. Between 2017 and 2019, she was Deputy Director-General of Human Resources Planning and Remuneration in the Directorate General of the Civil Service and between 2008 and 2017 she was Deputy Director-General of Human Resources and Inspection of the Ministry of the Interior.

It has proven experience in planning, organisation and administrative management and has participated in many collegiate bodies and courts, and has performed coordination, cooperation and institutional participation with bodies and actors related to public employment.
