RESOLUTION PUBLICIZING THE BASIS OF REGULAR COMPETITION AND SPECIFIC CALLS FOR TENDERS

NOTE: The courts of local corporations, as well as any interested in the ordinary competition, are informed that a rectification of errors in the individualized relationships of general merits will be published in the coming days.

NOTE: Any comments that may be made in connection with the content of this Resolution may be forwarded to the sgroa@correo.gob.es email address. The comments, to be taken into account, must contain the data set out in Article 66 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations.
REQUEST FOR PARTICIPATION. ORDER FOR PRIORITY AWARD
- REQUEST FOR PARTICIPATION. Applications addressed to Local Entities.
Within 15 working days of publication in the Official State Gazette, FHCN staff wishing to take part in the Gazette shall send the following documentation to the local corporation convening the position to which they are subject:
- Request for participation
- Documentary evidence of the merits of autonomous determination.
- Supporting documentation, where appropriate, of any merits resulting from conciliation that may apply to it
- ORDER FOR PRIORITY AWARD
Contestants to two or more positions will submit a request and documentation confirming the knowledge of the language, if any, and the merits of autonomous determination in all the Corporations in which they apply for positions.
They shall be processed exclusively through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es agreeing consecutively to the following paragraphs: Procedures/public employees/local administration officials with national qualification/procedure/order for the award of the ordinary competition or directly to the following link: Form order of priority of posts ordinary contest
The requests of those persons who are referred by other means shall be subject to an order with the consequences set out in Article 68 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations.
The time-limit for the submission of the order of precedence for the ordinary competition 2024 ends 4 February 2025.
REFERRAL OF RESOLUTIONS BY LOCAL ENTITIES
Local authorities shall forward the resolution of the competition, comprising all non-excluded candidates, in accordance with their ranking order, to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service within 30 working days of the end of the deadline for submission of applications.
To do this, they must use the form available at the electronic headquarters on the link: Standard FHCN Contest Resolution Referral Form
Together with the form, they must accompany:
- Reasoned Resolution of the Corporation for the Award/Declares Vacancy
- List of applicants admitted and excluded for the post (name and ID only)
It is recalled that, in accordance with Article 40 of RD 128/2018, local corporations have until 18 March 2025 to forward its resolutions. This period is impostable, and any post whose award has not been communicated within it in the manner indicated shall be declared vacant.
