The IV Single Convention is the standard that regulates the working relationships of employees working in the State Administration and its autonomous bodies.

Negotiations for staff subject to this convention take place through the Joint Committee and the Negotiating Committee.

• Joint Committee

The Joint Committee (COPA) is the highest body for the interpretation, monitoring, monitoring, study and implementation of this Convention (former CIVEA).

• Negotiating Commission

The Negotiating Commission of the IV Single Convention for Labour Personnel of the General Administration of the State is the body responsible for the negotiation under the Single Convention, in accordance with Article 88 of the Staff Regulations.
