Born in 1984.

Official of the Senior Civil Service Corps of the State since 2018 and Degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.

He is currently, and since August 2022, the head of the General Sub-directorate of Human Resources Consultancy, Advisory and Assistance, the current General Sub-directorate of Legal System, having held different positions in the same sub-directorate since his inauguration.

The Sub-Directorate General for Consultancy, Advisory and Human Resources Assistance is the unit in charge of the legal regime of the Directorate-General for Civil Service. It deals with the study, report and proposal of the measures for the regulation of civil service, the regulation on the legal status of public employees of the General Government of the State; and the advice on human resources of the State public sector, providing technical assistance to the ministerial departments and other public administrations. It also serves as the secretariat of the standing committee of the Higher Staff Commission.

Prior to taking office as a career officer, he has served in the private sector, practising civil and labour law, as a legal adviser in public and parliamentary affairs, as an operator of Z/OS systems, and participating in numerous legal teaching activities.
