What is Bodeco?
The Consultation Bulletin (Bodeco) aims to comply with the provisions of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance.
Specifically, through this Bulletin, the publication of information of legal relevance is carried out on responses to queries that are made before this Directorate-General.
However, two warnings must be made about the information contained in this Bulletin:

That, in accordance with the regime of competences of this Centre, the answers to queries issued by this Directorate-General are merely informative and, consequently, do not have the character of a binding criterion, nor do they give rise to rights or expectations of law, nor do they imply any link with the type of procedures to which they refer. In addition, since they are not mandatory or binding, the bodies to which such replies are addressed may, where appropriate, finally take a decision that does not correspond to the opinion contained therein.
