The previous services will be valued at a rate of 0.01 points per month of services, up to a maximum of 2.50 points, calculated for these purposes:

- Services provided prior to entry into the relevant subscale or subscales and periods of staff in traineeships, in the terms of the Law 70/1978, of 26 December, on the recognition of prior services in the Public Service and of Royal Decree 1461/1982 of 25 June 1982 laying down rules for the application of Law 70/1978 of 26 December 1982 on the recognition of prior services in the Public Administration.

- Services provided in non-reserved posts of any Public Service, including those provided in administrative conditions of service in other public administrations or in special services. They will not be scored when the maximum of 9 points has been reached in the effective services section.

This section will not include services provided in situations of active service, voluntary leave for family care, leave for victims of gender-based violence and leave for victims of terrorism, as they are counted as effective services.

The period of internship for this scale was computed ex officio.

If you do. wishes to register services provided prior to entry into the subscale or subscales, or those provided in administrative situations other than the active service, it shall request and provide a copy of Annex I for that period.
