COMPETITION FOR TRANSFERS OF ANNEX II TO THE FOURTH CONVENTION - FIRST CALL 2023

Deadline for submission of applications: from 24 July to 2 August 2023, inclusive.

NEW!! ! With regard to the Annex to posts called and, in particular, as regards the salary allowances listed, the content of paragraphs 1 to 4 of the Seventh transitional provision of the Fourth Single Collective Convention. Add-on provisions:

1. The one-off A3 job add-ons allocated to jobs occupied by Professional Groups 4 and 5 of the Third Single Convention shall no longer be received because their amount is integrated into the basic salary laid down in the salary tables in Annex II with effect from 1 January 2019.

2. One-off A2 job add-ons assigned to Professional Group 3 of the Third Single Convention shall continue to be received as long as the post is occupied, and shall be deleted when the post becomes vacant.

3. The unique A2 and A3 post add-ons allocated to occupied posts not covered by the preceding paragraphs shall continue to be collected as long as the post is occupied, and shall be deleted when the post becomes vacant.

4. The unique AR2, AR3, A/languages, B (direct attention to the public) and C (public funds management) complements allocated to occupied posts will continue to be received as long as the post is occupied, and will be abolished when the post becomes vacant.

NOTE CONCERNING THE MONTH OF AUGUST

It is reported that, taking as a reference the holiday period in which we are present, and given that the arrangements to be made more immediately correspond to the Administration, during the month of August 2023 no publications relating to the management of the Annex II transfer competition affecting the participants will be produced.

Annex of merits - Publication 11 September 2023

From 11 to 17 September 2023, both inclusive, participating workers can access their Annex of Merits in the WORKS Portal and request any corrections they deem appropriate to their Personnel Units by email. Those who prove that they are unable to access will be able to contact their Personnel Units to request the Annex.

Deadline for requests for corrections: From 11 to 17 September 2023, inclusive.

At the end of this period, claims based on incorrect data in the Annex of Merits shall not be taken into account.

Deadline for total or partial withdrawalsuntil 2 October 2023, inclusive.

INFORMATION NOTE ON THE PROVISIONAL AWARD AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING CLAIMS

Deadline for making representations: from 27 October to 3 November 2023, inclusive.

On 3 November 2023 the time limit for the submission of claims has ended and, due to an impact on the Geiser application that occurred during that time, no claims submitted in the Official Register may have been received within the deadline.

In accordance with the instruction note published on 26 October 2023, the claims are to be forwarded, once presented in the Register and with the perfectly legible entry stamps, to the concursoAnnex II@correo.gob.es email address, so that persons who have submitted claims within the specified time limit and have not forwarded the mail in accordance with the instructions given should do so on 2023 November.
