Negotiating Bureau in the field of the General Administration of the State whose material competence is related to all matters and working conditions common to official, statutory and labour personnel (Art. TREBEP 37).

At present, this Bureau consists of 30 members, 15 representatives of the administration and 15 representatives of trade union organisations.

Following the trade union elections in 2023, the social composition of the Bureau in the field of the General Government of the State is as follows:

In each Departmental area they are also formed Delegated bureaux for the negotiation, within the scope of its competence, of all matters and working conditions of staff in this field, including territorial services.
