General Negotiating Bureau of the Public Administrations whose subject matter is the matters related to Article 37 of the Basic Staff Regulations of the Public Employee (TREBEP) and specifically negotiate the overall increase in the remuneration of the staff in the service of the Public Administrations that should be included in the Draft Law on the General Budget of the State (art. 36.2 TREBEP).

At present, this Bureau consists of 30 members, 15 representatives of the administration and 15 representatives of trade union organisations.
