Human resources planning by public administrations is carried out through the Public Employment Offers (OEP’s)which are approved on an annual basis and which contain provisions for the incorporation of new employees and public employees.
The EPO’s include places offered for both career and permanent staff. At this point in the process, the places available in the different bodies and scales that may be of interest to the candidate or candidate will be known.
In the case of workers, they include places offered through the “IV Single Collective Agreement for the Labour Force of the General Government of the State”, in addition to those offered through various specific conventions.
After the publication of the EPO’s, they leave publishing in the BOE the calls for the relevant selective processes associated with the places offered. At this point in the process, registration may be made in the selection processes of calls of interest.
