Conciliation and co-responsibility

The reconciliation of personal, family and work life is a fundamental pillar in the General Administration of the State (AGE), betting on co-responsibility as a way to advance in real equality between women and men. This commitment is embodied in a set of measures that make it easier for public staff to reconcile their professional obligations with their private life, allowing them to manage their working time more flexibly.

The set of measures put in place promote a more balanced sharing of responsibilities and promote a more efficient and equal working environment. AGE, with these policies, reinforces its commitment to a modern, inclusive administration focused on the well-being of its staff.
