Local Administration officials with a national qualification on a given subscale of the national qualification scale, where they are in active service on another subscale of the national qualification scale, should be declared on voluntary leave for service in another body or scale.

Documentation to be submitted:

• Act of inauguration of the post to be held on another subscale.
• Act of inauguration and cessation of the post of the Subscale in which you do not wish to remain.
