Such leave may not be declared when staff members are being instructed in disciplinary proceedings.
Compliance with the requirement for effective services shall be verified ex officio.
Documentation to be submitted:
Certificate from the Administration of destination certifying that the applicant is not being instructed in disciplinary proceedings.
A Resolution of the Mayor of the local entity where the services are provided must be provided in the section “other documentation that he deems appropriate”, giving conformity to the requested private interest leave, once the needs of the service have been assessed, given that its concession is subordinate to the needs of that local entity.
