Re-admission to active duty personal employment
The IV Single Convention for the Labour Force of the General Administration of the State, published in the BOE of 17 May 2019 (Resolution of the General Directorate of Labour of 13 May), stipulates that the re-entry to active service from situations that do not entail the right to reserve the job shall, in any case, be effected through participation in the open and permanent tender.

Processing of re-entry from situations which do not involve job vacancies
The worker must participate in the open and permanent competition.
In order to ensure that workers applying for re-entry into active service are covered by the IV Single Workers Convention, the following framework procedure is established prior to the application for participation in a competition.
- Procedure for framing (Annex I to the General Directorate of the Civil Service Resolution of 28 December 2023, BOE of 30): It shall be processed before the Directorate-General for the Civil Service, by means of an Application for a framework in accordance with the model set out in Annex A (Application for the setting up of working staff without reserve of posts). This request should be submitted to an Official Register and addressed to the Sub-directorate General for Personnel Procedures Management.
