INFORMATION NOTE
It is reported that the second phase of the open and permanent transfer competition is open for the provision of posts in the IV Single Convention for the General Government of the State. For this purpose, from tomorrow onwards, generic requests may be made to one or more localities and to one type of post, or generic requests to one type of post.
It is also recalled that those workers who have made generic applications will be valid during the current calendar year, and will expire with the publication of the latest resolution on the award of jobs in the corresponding calendar year, or, where appropriate, with the award of a post to the worker or worker.

Annex I - LIST OF POSTS - Date of publication: 2 December 2021. Publication date corrected annex: 7 December 2021
Deadline for submission of applications: as a result of the computer incidents that have occurred in the Works Portal and the SIGP (Integrated Personal Management System) application, the deadline for submitting applications is extended: the period commenced on 3 December shall end on 21 December 2021 at 12:00 noon.

IMPORTANT WARNING In the case of applications generic requests must necessarily cover the fields “professional group”and “speciality; if both fields are not completed, the generic application shall be deemed not to have been lodged. In these cases, we recommend desist from the application and submit a new one with those fields covered.
URGENT NOTE - Date of publication 3 December 2021
Errors have been detected in Annex I - LIST OF POSTS published yesterday, derived from the reading that the computer application has made of the database of the Central Personnel Register.
As soon as possible, corrected Annex I will be published, if not today, the deadline for the submission of applications will be extended by the appropriate days.

When a material error was detected in the order number of the posts in Annex I, it is indicated that the post marked with Order "669", which appears between posts 189 and 191, corresponds to Order "190". Annex I has been corrected.
Annex of merits - Publication 19 January 2022
From 19 to 23 January, both inclusive, participating workers can access their Annex of Merits in the WORKS Portal and request any corrections they deem appropriate to their Personnel Units via email. Those who prove that they are unable to access will be able to contact their Personnel Units to request the Annex.

At the end of this period, claims based on incorrect data in the Annex of Merits shall not be taken into account.

Annex II - LIST OF INAEM POSTS - Date published 7 December 2021
Deadline for submission of applications: From 9 to 20 December 2021 at 12:00 noon.
The posts in this Annex II are posts belonging to INAEM - National Institute of Performing Arts and Music.
The requests for these posts cannot be submitted through the WORKS Portal, must be made mandatory by filling out the request form below and will be presented through any of the records of Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015.
The request must be addressed to the Ministry of Culture and Sport - S. G. of HR and Inspection of Services, Pza. by Rey 1, 3rd floor 28071 Madrid.
Such applications may only contain requests for specific posts in Annex II. Generic requests for such posts will therefore not be taken into account, nor will those already submitted prior to the publication of this Annex II.
The competition for this Annex II shall be completed once the posts in Annex I have been awarded, which is why workers who are awarded the posts in Annex I shall be excluded from the award of the posts in Annex II.
Annex of merits INAEM posts- Published 2 February 2022
From 2 to 6 February 2022, both inclusive, participating workers can access their Annex of Merits in the WORKS Portal and request any corrections they deem appropriate to the Portal. Ministry of Culture and Sport by email to the address: sg.recursoshumanos@cultura.gob.es.
Those who prove that they are unable to access will be able to apply for their Annex of Merits to the Ministry of Culture and Sport in the same email address.
