The General Budget Laws of the State provide for specific budgetary allocations to support the activities carried out by trade union organisations in order to create the framework and conditions necessary for the exercise of the right to collective bargaining to be effective.
The Secretariat of State for Civil Service annually calls for grants to the Trade Union Organizations present in the General Negotiating Tables of the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015.
This procedure is initiated by the Directorate-General for the Civil Service and resolved by the State Secretariat for the Civil Service.
