Central Personnel Register

The Central Personnel Registry, regulated in Article 71 of the Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of 30 October, approving the recast text of the Basic Employee Status Act, and regulated successively by Royal Decree 1405/1986, of 6 June and Royal Decree 2073/1999, of 30 December, is the organ of the State Administration registered in the personal life.
To carry out these entries and annotations, the competent staff bodies refer to the SPC. registration documents taking over the various administrative acts (takeover, cessation, grade recognition, etc...).
Article 26 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October 2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations provides for the issuance of administrative documents in writing by electronic means.
As of 15 July 2020, the Central Staff Register only allows the electronic communication of administrative and personnel management acts, for which the following services are available:
Anot@CPR: allows the sending of registration documents to the CPR.
Consult@CPR: Consultation of registration documents.
Edit@CPR: Creation of registration documents.
