Functions
The study of projects and guidelines in the field of remuneration and workload, and proposals for approving and amending the relations and catalogues of posts in the General Administration of the State, as well as the authorisation of appointments of interim officials and temporary employment contracts in this area, in coordination with the Directorate-General for Personnel Costs.
The development and proposal of the Public Employment Offer of the State Administration, the carrying out of studies on the needs of staff of the State Administration and on the criteria for the efficient allocation of personnel of the State Administration; the elaboration of common bases and the report of calls for access to the status of public employee of the General Administration of the State, as well as those corresponding to access as workers subject to the Single General Convention.
