Born in Pamplona in 1986. Senior Civil Service Officer of the State since 2021. Degree in History from the University of Zaragoza and Master in Democracy and Comparative Politics at University College London (UCL). He speaks English and French.
He has developed his administrative career in the General Sub-directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, in the Cabinet of the State Secretariat of Public Service and in the General Sub-directorate of Human Resources Planning and Remuneration. Prior to his inauguration as a career officer, he worked in international cooperation for the development and economic management of projects.
He currently serves as Assistant Director-General for Human Resources Planning and Remuneration, dealing with the modification of the employment relationships of the departments and autonomous bodies of the State Administration, the elaboration of the public employment offer, the authorisation of appointments and recruitment of temporary staff and the prior report of the calls for selective processes.
He has been a member of different courts of selective testing for access to bodies and scales of civil servants and has participated as a teacher in training activities in the field of human resources, public policy design and equality.
