Senior Civil Service Officer of the State since 1988 and graduate in law from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Deputy Director-General of Personnel of Penitentiary Institutions (1994-1996), Vocal Advisor of the General Directorate of the Civil Guard (1996-1999), Secretary-General of the Department of Industry Trade and Development of the Government of Aragón (1999-2000), Deputy Director-General of Legal Affairs and Public Relations of the Government of Aragón (2012-2013)

Since December 2023, he has been Deputy Director-General for Industrial Relations, dealing with relations with trade union organizations in the field of the General Administration of the State; the direction, coordination, development and proposal of agreements and pacts in relation to the collective bargaining of employees and public employees derived from the negotiating tables of official and labour personnel; coordination and support in the processes of trade union elections, as well as coordination, promotion and participation

He was a member, as a member or chairman, of the Standing Selection Board and the Qualifying Courts for access to the Senior Civil Service Corps of the State, the Aeronautical Engineering Corps, the Specialized Higher Graduates Scale of OPIS, and the Air Transport Specialty of the Technical Management Scale of Autonomous Bodies of the Ministry of Promotion.

The Silver Medal for Prison Social Merit, the Cross with a white badge of the Order of Merit of the Civil Guard, and the Distinction for dedication to the service of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service have been awarded.
