Accumulation of reserved functions
The purpose of this procedure is to authorise the FHCN to be occupying a job with functions reserved for this staff to perform, in another local entity of different autonomous communities, functions reserved for the same or other subscale or category.
A request may also be made through this procedure for the revocation of an accumulation of functions in force.
Applicant: Both the request for cumulation and the request for revocation must be submitted by the competent staff body of the local entity concerned with its authorisation (the one where the job is located which would perform - or no longer perform - in cumulation).
Documentation to be provided
I. To request cumulation
Without prejudice to the need for additional documentation, the following must be attached:
1. Agreement on request for cumulation, signed by the Administrative Staff Authority where the job to be performed by cumulation lies.
2nd. Agreement by the competent staff body of the local entity where the FHCN provides services.
3rd. Conformity of FHCN
4th. Report of the competent body of the autonomous community where the position to be provided by cumulation lies, certifying that this post cannot be provided by FHCN through interim appointment.
II. To revoke an existing cumulation
Agreement on request for revocation of the cumulation, signed by the Administrative Staff Authority where the FHCN provides services in cumulation.

The procedure should be initiated by the local entity concerned., for which it must be identified by any of the following options:
- Certificate representative of the local authority (legal person)
- ID/Electronic certificate of Mayor/President of the entity (natural person), in which case it must necessarily indicate that it acts on behalf of the local entity and attach the certificate attesting to your condition (p. ex. : minutes of the plenary session of the inaugural session or certificate of the secretary of the corporation certifying his status as Mayor/President).
