Suspension of functions lasting more than six months

With one month prior to the end of the period of suspension. If re-entry is not requested within that period, the official shall be declared on voluntary leave in the private interest.

One month, counted from the day of cessation* in the list of services which gave rise to the situation of voluntary leave for the provision of services in the public sector blico.De not to apply for re-entry within the prescribed period, the official shall be declared on voluntary leave in the private interest.

*The cessation of the service relationship must entail the complete termination of the service, without there being any possibility of resuming it subsequently..

Special services (only if transferred from a situation without reservation of place or destination will fall within the competence of the Directorate General of the Civil Service)
