This is an electronic register which aims to facilitate the exercise of rights of assistance to persons who are not obliged to relate electronically to public administrations. This register contains the staff who may carry out identification and signature tasks in place of the persons concerned and issue authentic copies.
If the persons concerned do not have the necessary electronic means, their electronic identification or signature may be validly carried out by the authorised official through the use of the signature system for which they are equipped.
They shall also issue authentic copies of those original documents submitted by the persons concerned and which, once digitised, become part of an administrative file. In addition, they shall issue authentic copies of documents which have been validly issued by public administrations.
