This electronic register facilitates the exercise of the right of representation of the persons concerned to relate to public administrations.
It is a register containing the powers that the interested parties give to third parties to act on their behalf before the General Government of the State (AGE) and its public bodies or entities under related or dependent public law, and also to the administrations that are attached.
Depending on the extent of the seizure, we can distinguish:
- Powers type A: to take any action before any Public Administration
- Type B powers: to carry out any action against a specific public administration.
- Powers type C: to carry out specific formalities.
