Professional experience

Has occupied, inter alia, the following posts: Assistant director-General for Human resources of the ministry of Science and technology, Deputy Assistant Director, Institute of Tourism Studies, advises on monitoring and evaluation of social programmes of the ministry of labour and social affairs, assistant director-General of the Letters, advisor of Spanish Culture in the office of the president of the government or parliamentary adviser in the office of the minister of Culture.

Was a consultant for the office of the deputy secretary of the ministry of culture and sport where, among other tasks, coordinated the work of the observatory for gender equality in the field of culture.

Between 2004 and 2010 served as deputy secretary of the Ministry of health and Social policy, and the ministry of health and consumer affairs; the secretary General for public administration in the ministry of public administrations; and Director General of human resources and services Económico-presupuestarios of the ministry of Health and consumer affairs.

Until his appointment as undersecretary for Digital Transformation and the civil service, was the director of the national institute of public administration (march-november 2021 2024).
