Degree in business administration from the Centro Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) of Madrid, with special award theses, as well as in law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Since its admission as opposed to the higher Sales Technicians and economists of the state in 2009, has served in the ministry of economy directorate-General for Economic Policy and the department of treasury, as well as in the secretariat of the government Delegate for economic affairs and as assistant director-general, Sectoral Policies in the Office of Chair of the Economic Government.
It has also been assistant director-general, International Energy Relations in the ministry of energy, tourism and Digital Agenda and energy coordinator in the permanent representative of spain to the european Union.
From 2020 until november 2023, was under-secretary-general in the technical Ministry for the inclusion, Social security and immigration, and since november 2023-present deputy Digital Transformation.
